Her boss, retiring DA Ronnie Earle, agrees.

John Sharp has also endorsed Rosemary, saying she is uniquely qualified to build on the legacy of innovative leadership that the community has come to expect.
“I know top-notch public service when I see it, and I know that Rosemary is ready to take the helm of this critical office,” Sharp said. “She is tough, fair, and innovative.”
As State Comptroller, Sharp developed a close working relationship with Lehmberg on cases referred by the state office to the district attorney’s staff for prosecution. He praised her work and said the office under hers and Ronnie’s leadership has set the standards for innovative anti-crime programs, children’s advocacy, and efficient operations that hold the line on taxpayer costs while safeguarding vital services.
